About the Author
Tiffany has said that the story of The Oldest Soul had been "making its presence known" for several years.


Eve first sprang into her mind--like a bucket of cold water in the face--while on a walk in 2011, she promptly went home and wrote the first 4 pages (which have remained unchanged since). But she filed Eve's one-of-a-kind journey away in her mind when work on other projects beckoned.


"I've been a writer of all forms of stories since I was around seventeen and the potential success of one of my TV pilots took me further from Eve's story, but what I didn't realize was that I was always amassing inspiration for what would one day become The Oldest Soul. Everything in my world somehow always circled back to Eve."


In the spring and summer of 2015, in a matter of months, she breathed life into ANIMUS, or rather, it breathed life into her ... "The story is a force of nature--and seemed to move through me like an incredible breath of life from someplace else."


Tiffany has always said that stories "know what they want to be." And that as a writer she feels it's her job to "show up and get out of the way." Never has that felt so true than when Eve is telling her story.


"Honestly ... I just write it down."


"Elaborate worlds infused with real human emotions and strong characters with thought provoking stories are what fills my soul." Loved it!

I first took the quiz that is so brilliantly connected to this book. Immediately I wanted to know more about the other souls. I had to buy the book. I ordered 3 books so I could give a couple away, but couldn't wait to read it so I also downloaded the Kindle version. WOW! Great read, couldn't put it down, finished this morning. I just wanted to turn the page and keep reading! While reading the book I found myself taking sides and rooting for Roman. Team Roman! You can find the quiz on the books web site, I scored Mountain. I can't wait to read the next one. #AllSoulsMatter

I really enjoyed reading 'Animus' the only problem will be waiting for the next book to come out! Reading this felt so familiar and so bizarre at the same time. What a fantastic concept, carbon dating to see what your 'soul number' is! I took the test and I have a "Star Soul" so my number is zero! This book paints a frightening vision of what would become of us... very believable, to say the least! The characters are interesting and Phoenix and Roman's recollections are fantastic! I'm not sure it's a gift I would like to be in possession of, though.

Good Quick Read

I was drawn to this book because the subject matter fascinated me. Souls and past lives is not a subject I have read a lot about and wanted to learn more and see where an author might go with the subject. The book was a quick read, and the characters were interesting. It was not great literature but definitely a book I would recommend for entertainment and for it's thought provoking treatment of the possibility of past lives. I hope there will be a part 2.

About the Author
WHO IS Dr. Johanna BUDWIG?

Dr. Johanna BUDWIG, born in 1906, made her mark in the male-dominated world of science as one of the first researchers to conclusively link the role of essential fats to disease prevention and cure.

Studies in pharmacy, chemistry and medicine earned her a doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in physics -and during the 1940's and 50's, she furthered research to detect, isolate and identify fatty substances in human blood.

Dr. Budwig compared the blood analysis of thousands of healthy individuals to those with degenerative diseases such as cancer, diabetes and liver disease. The results were revolutionary.

Dr. Budwig's test results conclusively showed that the diseased patients were deficient in specific nutritional factors, particularly the essential fatty acid, linoleic acid. These patients were also lacking adequate levels of phosphatide and lipoprotein necessary for good health.

She concluded that sulfur-based proteins, essential fatty acids and phosphatide are absolutely critical to building and maintaining healthy cells.

Dr. Budwig promoted the regular use of a combination of high quality, unrefined flax seed oil and sulfur-based proteins found in milk and quark (a milk product similar to cottage cheese).

Her prescribed diet also included organically grown fruit, vegetables, juices, nuts and seeds, buck-wheat and fresh fish. She emphatically spoke out against the hydrogenation process of oils being used to make margarine, which she believed to be a cause of cancer.

Dr. Budwig lived well into her ninety's and her tireless dedication and research in the field of nutrition precipitated her nomination for the Nobel Prize seven times over the course of her long and illustrious scientific career.

Little book with lots of information

This small book is full of chemistry and physics of metabolic electrons and photons, and the benefit of flax seed oil when combined with a protein to make it water soluble in the system.

There are definitive sections on Sunlight as the energy source for all living things-if they are healthy; and if they are not they do not derive the great benefit.

There is a section on Oxygen since it is necessary for all the processes in living persons. A decrease in oxygen decreases vitality and longevity.

Overall you will have to read and digest this book because of the chemistry and physics the author talks about, and this material is mostly what was presented to fellow scientists.

As a wellness practitioner I found this book to reinforce my already confirmed knowledge about flax seed oil but it goes further and explains the electron basis for these things.

The author is one of a handful of people who studied fats and oils in the body, or more accurately how they act in the body.

If you are a student of nutrition and supplements, a wellness doctor, or in a related field, this small text will surprise you with the density of facts and knowledge you will obtain.

Required reading for tech entrepreneurs

As a founder of a tech information security company I found this book to be incredibly useful. All the examples and anecdotes described in this book represent so many of the lessons I learned the hard way (and wish I learned the easy way) that I recommend this for any startup team. If you are like me, a founder who built and grew an organization using a tech foundation background, you'll find the characteristics of the personality types described in a way such that you'll really grok it. We have since leveraged the Organizational Physics new hire assessments to add an additional element to our hiring process. The book's metaphor for various organizational and psychological components of your organization leverages the laws of physics which tech entrepreneurs should really be able to relate to; any entrepreneur should be able to see how entropy impacts their organization. Personally, I found Lex's description of working in your "genius zone" to be a really helpful way to view and orient my role in a way that maximizes my satisfaction and effectiveness. Definitely required reading.
